We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. That’s why we give you the right to return a product and receive a full refund.

If, for any reason, you no longer want the product and it has not been unpacked, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you have unpacked the product but are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 2 days from the date of receipt.

Please note that in all cases, you may only exercise the right of return if the product has not been used. The 2-day return period is exclusively intended for evaluating the aesthetic appearance of the item.
